Features and Applications

Actmix ZBOP-50GE F140 is a slow-speed, environmentally friendly dithiophosphate rubber vulcanization accelerator. It features slow vulcanization speed, excellent scorch safety, high cross-linking degree, good dispersion in rubber compounds and no easy blooming. Due to its macromolecular structure, it will not release carcinogenic nitrosamine compounds during vulcanization. Its vulcanized rubber has good heat resistance and low compression set. It is generally used in combination with dithiocarbamates, thiurams or thiazole accelerators, and can be used as a vulcanization accelerator for NR, IR, BR, NBR, IIR and other rubbers.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: Under normal circumstances, the addition amount is 0.5-4.0 phr.
Applications: Engineering molded and extruded products, such as rubber sheets, tire buffer layers, rubber fenders, sealing strips, etc.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, with a net weight of 25KG per carton; 600KG per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life of the product is one year.
